WN Dredge Pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered structure, centrifugal pumps. WN Dredge Pumps of discharge 300 to 500mm are single casing, and of discharge 600 to 1000mm are double casing. It is widely applied to dredging, silt clearing and docks all over the country such as, Yangtze River Basin, Yellow River Basin, Liaohe river basin, Pearl River Delta, Huaihe river basin, etc. The products are also sold to Europe,Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Features of WN Series of Dredge Pumps
• Reliable and Simple Construction Suitable for Dredging Shipping
The whole construction of 200-500WN dredging pump is single casing, single-stage, single suction, cantilever horizontal structure. It can be divided into two types by different gearbox linking way, Self-bracket type and pump casing, and gearbox integrated into one type. The first type is lubricated by grease or diluted lubricant.
The whole construction of 600-100WN dredging pump is designed into double suction single-stage, single-suction cantilever horizontal structure with bracket which is lubricated by forced diluted lubricant. The safety and reliability of double casing make the liner used up until it is nearly broken. Even if the liner broken, water can’t flow into pump casing.
• Easy Dis-assembly and Installation, Convenient Maintenance
WN Dredging pump is adopted front-dis-assembly structure in favor of dis-assembly and maintenance. It is also equipped with special dis-assembly tools for each different parts by the characters of each part.
The standard trapezoidal quadruple thread is adopted to connect the impeller and shaft which not only transmits strong torque but also is easy to disassemble. Meanwhile there is a Dis-assembly impeller ring in the shaft sleeve in favor of disassembling impeller.
