ISW Horizontal Pipeline Centrifugal Pump
The ISW horizontal pipeline centrifugal pump is a high-efficiency energy-saving product developed through innovative structural integration of IS-series centrifugal pumps and vertical pump technologies. Designed in strict compliance with ISO 2858 international standards and the latest Chinese pipeline pump specification JB/T 53058-93, it incorporates advanced hydraulic optimization models. Derived from the ISW platform, specialized variants include hot water pumps (ISWR/ISWRG), chemical pumps (ISWH), and oil pumps (ISWB), making it a nationally certified and widely promoted solution.
Key Specifications
• Capacity: Up to 1600 m³/h
• Head: Up to 150m
• Operating Pressure: ≤1.6 MPa (Customizable for higher pressures)
• Medium Temperature:
◦ Standard (ISW): ≤80°C
◦ Hot Water (ISWR): ≤120°C
◦ High-Temp (ISWRG): ≤240°C
◦ Chemical/Oil (ISWH/ISWB): -20°C~120°C
• Fluid Compatibility: Liquids with ≤0.1% solid content (particle size <0.2mm). Abrasive media require specified wear-resistant mechanical seals.
Structural Advantages
• Robust Construction:
◦ Single-stage, single-suction design with rear-opening casing for easy
maintenance
◦ Double-sealed impeller with balance holes for axial thrust reduction
◦ Dual angular contact ball bearings for enhanced axial load capacity
Performance Features:
▶ Vibration-free operation through precision dynamic balancing
▶ Zero-leakage guarantee with customizable mechanical seals
▶ Ultra-low noise (<65 dB) via optimized hydraulic design
▶ Space-saving modular base with vibration dampeners (JG-type)
▶ 360° rotatable discharge port for flexible piping
Typical Applications
• Municipal water supply & high-rise building pressurization
• HVAC systems, boiler circulation (ISWR/ISWRG)
• Petrochemical processing & hydrocarbon transfer (ISWB)
• Industrial fluid handling for paper, textile, and pharmaceutical sectors (ISWH)
Operational Guidelines
Startup Procedure:
1. Prime pump fully, ensuring air-free suction line
2. Rotate shaft manually to verify free movement
3. Close discharge valve initially; gradually open post-startup
4. Confirm clockwise rotation (viewed from motor fan end)
Runtime Monitoring:
• Maintain current ≤ rated motor amperage
• Bearing temperature: <70°C (158°F)
• Mechanical seal leakage: <3 drops/minute
Maintenance Protocol:
• 500-hour service: Relubricate bearings (grease gun compatible for >11kW units)
• Annual overhaul: Inspect wear rings, seals, and impeller clearance
• Dry-run prohibition: Always maintain fluid-filled condition
• Long-term storage: Drain completely and protect seals
Customization Options
• Material upgrades for corrosive/abrasive media (AISI 316, Hastelloy)
• Explosion-proof motors (Ex d/EEx d certification)
• High-temperature packing/sealing solutions
